Self-made Muesli

If you would like to have healthy muesli at home but do not want to spend a fortune, and also can control your sugar intake, the DIY version is the best. It is surprisingly easy to make your favourite blend of muesli from things you find in any supermarket. This is my current blend.


  • rolled oats
  • rye flakes
  • crushed flax seeds
  • dried apple cubes
  • raisins
  • goji berries


Toss dry ingredients together in a big bowl and you are done! Optionally when having breakfast I add fresh fruits if I have them lying around (e.g. banana, apple or orange slices).
